The island Power is mostly from Oil and very expensive at about 25 cents/kWh, double the US average. Probably oil interests corrupting PREPA.

There has been little discussion here about Greenbriar's court action filed last month against PREPA, the countries electrical company. GRB claims action against PREPA for Criminal Racketeering under Federal RICO statues for damages of US$951M which is over C$1.2 billion.

With an even 20 million shares out, that is $60 per share.

I bought in too. Can't believe this is so cheap, anyone who looks at this has to know the Montalva solar project will get built soon, only a matter of months at the most
