IDM Mining Ltd. (TSX.V:IDM) (“IDM” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a non-binding letter of intent to sell IDM’s extensive portfolio of properties located in the Yukon to StrikePoint Gold Inc. (TSX.V:SKP).

Under the terms of the letter of intent, the purchase price for the Yukon Properties will be $4,000,000 paid as follows: $150,000 in cash and 10 million common shares of StrikePoint valued at $0.385 per share. StrikePoint will also be required to incur $1,500,000 in exploration expenditures on the Yukon Properties by December 31, 2017 and to pay any deficiency to IDM in cash.

Looks like mainly small shareholders selling now, lots of small offers. Like 5 offers at .215 for 66,000 so about 13,000 shares per offer.

the 2 good cards I mean ZONs Jest and Colombia play, I see these as at least 2 kings, Wings is sort of a wild card, looks like stock could inch up some more today

You could say I have been around the block a few times, look a bit better than my pic though. I have seen hundreds of juniors come and go. blowup

ZON deserves a chance and we are fortunate to have Christopher running this. During the last few bleak years many juniors bled, diluted themselves with cheap nickle financings to pay their salaries and many of these are gone now or have done dreaded 10 to 1 roll backs.

Christopher stopped taking salary, cut back and did all the property evaluations and stuff himself.

This is the first time in ZON's history that Christopher has a treasury to do something with. I believe the company started with 5 or $600k in late 2010, just in time to hit the top of the market and take the ride down.

The fact ZON came out of that with just 26M shares outstanding is cudos to management/Christopher.

This guy deserves a chance and if he can come out of a down turn that well, imagine in a decent market that is shaping up now

This stock is still cheap, I am holding long term and buying more.

It is great for us that have been sitting here patiently what seems like forever so I am not bailing at the 1st sign of light.

was thinking the same thing,guess we are close to 50 million shares fully diluted,at $1,the market cap is 50 million,which is low,the day we see 200 million maket cap,meaning $4 share price,we'll be all laughing while walking to the bank.

btw,was thinking that the 43-101 to be released in september,someone said in two months,which brings us beginning of april,isn't it too early ?

All these juniors are a roll of the dice and ZON still is, but you have to ride the winners a long way because you only need one to make up for 10 losses.

Who knows, if ZON makes a discovery this could go to $5, $10, maybe $20 or more, you never know how high it can go. The only thing for certain is we know the downside and that it can go to zero, nothing below that.

I will go all in - I hope, but for now I will ride this to see what happens with Jest and Colombia. And Wings, who knows, it is a roll of the dice too

Ya maybe if the stock is $1 or $2 before any drill results I might sell 10 or 20% of my position. Right now I am holding 2 good cards and 1 so, so. I am in to see the flop!!
