The 43-101 is complete, but these reports have to be reviewed and accepted by the exchange before they are filed on SEDAR and become official, usually happens within 45 days.

The basic purpose is to qualify the property under 43-101 guidelines and allows the company to discuss and promote the project based on the findings. Sort of official dome and 3rd party verification on the merits of the project.

Probably the most important info in the release is the recommendations on work. Gives us an idea how we can expect exploration to unfold
