The application over the open areas sitting on top of the open-pit outline of the Gramalote deposit outline in Columbia, held by AngloGold Ashanti and B2Gold ,has significantly grown in value. B2Gold already is or will be the General Partner of the Joint Venture soon. BTO will incur about US $14 million to have a 50-50 partnership and be the GP . That project continues to have more tonnage , higher gold content per ton and ultimately more ounces of gold in the Joint Venture . With gold prices a lot higher than one year ago and projected to be higher in a year , the joint venture has substantially appreciated , which should increase Zonte's ultimate settlement .
When appropriate legal remedies are enforced , Zonte Metals should have a very serious pay day !

In the Yukon , Victoria Gold stock capitalization has appreciated a lot in May . In April , they produced over 10,000 ounces . Initially , 2.7 million ounces were indicated . Recently this amount was increased to 3.3 million ounces . I just read that they are in full production , they increased annual production estimates from 200,000 to 220,000 ounces . The Victoria Gold Market Cap was over Cdn $800 million last week .
This company could be in play and the stock price could go much higher .
As well , hoping that Victoria Gold does more 2020 summer exploration around the Nugget Target , which could be about 2 kilometres from our property .
If a large gold company buys out VG , maybe they make a reasonable offer for the Zonte package .

Terry pulled out a pleasant surprise with Tuesday's Press Release .

Zonte has already started drilling at Wings Point in Newfoundland . Shortly, there will be two drills turning on both properties in Newfoundland at the same time . Maybe when the 4 to 6 hole program is over , Zonte might move the WP drill to Cross Hills . This is only my thought .
The May 19th updated Corporate 25 page presentation includes 3 new pages , pages 20-22 about Wings Point . On page 21 of the WP Property Description , the geophysical data suggests the targets lie between 5 and 15/20 metres below the surface and could extend to 75 or 150 in depth penetration . I like hearing that targets are near the surface .
Wings Point had two drill ready large bulk tonnage gold targets .
I noticed in the just released annual F/S that about $31,000 was spent at this property in 2019. At Wings Point , Zonte is chasing a similar structure that Atlantic Gold Corp developed in Nova Scotia. Atlantic Gold Corp was purchased outright in 2019 for over $ 800 Million Canadian .
Remember , until about 8 years ago , Wings Point was the entire company and hence the only property .

Let's talk about the Cross Hills Structure which is more than 120 square kilometres . In my opinion , this is clearly the most valuable asset in Zonte's Portfolio .
Much work has been done on this property for more than two years . The Zonte Shareholders are ready to reap some serious rewards . Assay results from 9 holes have been received from the lab . Cores from a further three holes have been sent to the nearby lab and these results will be released when the data has been received and compiled .
Let it be clearly known , the Company is one hole away from the Discovery Hole . There is copper over much of Cross Hills . They are many excellent targets . Zonte is learning important data from every drill hole . I like to think , it is not if but when Zonte hits the Discovery Hole . when the discovery hole is announced , new investors will come from everywhere . The stock price will explode ! Remember , the excellent .43 metres at hole 4 with 14 percent copper , over 15 g/t gold and over 350 ounces /ton silver . These results came from somewhere nearby . Zonte is clearly in an Iron Ore Copper Gold System . All the necessary ingredients exist ! Eventually , Zonte will hit the deposit . Zonte is chasing something BIG !
Zonte is looking for this source ! Our day will come ... Maybe in 2020- !
Soon , the mining community will recognize the company - Zonte Metals !

Update --On Tuesday night, the Jan 31,2020 Annual Financial Statements and Management Discussion and Analysis were released . Wow ,another year has passed and the Company has very carefully controlled annual expenses and kept the shares outstanding to a low level .
Terry has avoided excessive dilution and carefully managed the treasury since inception about ten years ago .
Us shareholders are here because of Terry Christopher .
Results are just around the corner .
