there seems to be some action today, not much, but better than the last few weeks.

Its so quiet, I guess you don't here much in court disputes.

I would like to see some more trading and what ever happened to other applications in Columbia.
Is it probable that some kind of deal can be worked out, under the table, with another property at the sacrifice of the Gramalote property?? I am not sure how things work in Columbia.
I do see problems with Gramalote as there is 2 other companies spending a lot of money and employing people and I can see a disruption because of Zonte's involvement is a big pain in the side of the Secretary of Mines.
Is there a possibility of a backdoor deal to make Zonte go away quietly and somewhat satisfied?

Is BTO interested in selling Gramalote? I read a headline saying this but it was a paid service so I didn't get any more info beyond the headline.

They have $150000 in the bank , 26 million shares out at a 8 cent price .
A value of 2 million dollars today.

Is there a premium priced in already due to the possibility of a court win in Columbia?
Is this company worth more or much less? $150000 dollars can be split substantially into 26 million shares.

So I know Zonte was looking into 3 or 4 properties in Columbia . We know how the one property application went for the Gramalote property but what about the others?

As far as I have read they are waiting for 3 or 4 others and its been along time from what I read. Are they delayed because of the same issues surrounding gramalote?

The juniors have been in a big bear market, in a more normal market the stock would have gone way higher in anticapation of some reward. That is what happened with Galway in a similar situation in Colombia, also another I seen years ago, Rye Patch in Nevada.

They got claims in Coeur's Rochester mine

It looks like miners have seen a bottom and turning up so I think they should be getting this story out there IMHO

It does sound promising.
If they are looking into promoting this stock shouldn't they wait till some things are settled first?

That is the whole point, and it is a gamble on legal title, not an exploration risk.

Right now the market cap at about $2 million is giving them zero odds of getting a peice of Gramalote, yet the former head of the mining department where the dispute lies is siding with Zonte.

I like the odds with so much huge upside and little downside

Gramalote is a mult-million oz deposit JVed with AngloGold and B2Gold so it is no grass roots play. Should Zonte be awarded the claims it will be worth a lot more than $2 million

2012 in Columbia, Galway Resources was paid approx. $300 million for the fractional claims they held over the Ventanna's gold deposit and it was not as advanced as Gramalote

If Zonte should lose, so what, at $2 million it is valued as not much more that a shell with nothing in it anyway. And $100,000 at present is plenty to keep the lights burning and pay the lawyers

What did you here about promotion that the company is looking into ?
At this point what exactly will they be reporting?
A property in Newfoundland? Property in Columbia that is not theirs? One hundred thousand dollars in the bank?
Not exactly a big list or really anything to promote.
Can you explain as I must be missing something ?
