Alex, I agree. I follow Corvus and own a bit. Incidentally Anglo owns 19.9% of Corvus and just financed Corvus at $2.60 per share. At the current price of $2.30 their M&I resources are valued at US$136 per ounce, so above the $50 to $100 range.

Their project is Nevada though and probably commands a higher price than Colombia

Excellent point alexgreat,but can this case be seen as a takeover and calculated that way,or a buy out of a asset between two parties in a specific contract.

Thanks GB, bit of a pull back today, Struther's Gramalote valuation looks good, but I think is way too low from a market perspective if it was bought out.

With round numbers. $80 million for 10% is $800 M for the whole deposit. Gramalote has about 3.9 million ounces measured and indicated so that is only about $20 per ounce valuation. Takeovers or buyouts are more like $50 to $100 per ounce and some higher, so I think the valuation is more like 3 times higher
