Hoss, thanks for the explanation, makes sense withe all the weird trading and end of day bash. I agree best idea now is to bid and hope you get filled. I do have a bid in.

If I do not get a fill, worst case, I have to buy higher next week or the week after, then my portfolio would be up in that case too, so a win win

I welcome the recent pull back in the stock, as Rick Rule has often said 'you should be happy if a stock you like falls because you can buy more cheaper” Not sure if that is the exact quote, close enough.

Don't worry about the price today, tomorrow or next week. I think all of us bought this stock to see drill results at Cross Hill, follow up drilling at Jest in the Yukon and a cash settlement out of Colombia. None of these will happen next week but they all will happen.

I accumulate when stocks fall, so it is a great time to put in bids, if the seller or shorter persists, you can pick up some cheap stock.

The last 2 days of trading was peculiar so I was watching. The stock shows all the dance steps of the short shuffle. New houses show up like Barclays and Instinet, increased trading on other platforms like NEO and Chi, more anonymous trades and jitney trades, Remember, jitney is not a trade, it is used to move stock from one house to another.

Those are the steps and here is how the dance goes. Selling or what is actually shorting comes from what looks like a legite house, like RBC, that could change anytime, they use many houses. The shorting occurs throughout the day. Then near days end the stock is whacked to lows of the day and Anonymous, other platforms and the use of Jitney buy to cover a lot of the shorts for a profit. Any core short position might be growing and increasing in profit.

There is only 2 reasons for the dance

1 – markets have been getting hammered while Zonte has been going up in price. It sticks out like a sore thumb so computer short programs maybe picked it up.

2 – the price is being manipulated downward for a cheaper financing

The best thing to do is put in bids and take advantage of unrealistic trading of cheaper stock. Once this shorting gives up or finishes, the stock will quickly rebound much higher because there is no real sellers.

You see this end of day or pre market when there is only 20,000 to 35,000 shares on offer to go to 40 cents.

Alex, good point and I agree. I will add, that a guy likes Hayes does not get involved with a little junior company unless there is some very big potential and high odds of success

Here is market depth, not much on offer in high 30s, guess wait and see if the seller or shorter shows up>

Robin, I don't think the enthusiasm here means much in the market for this stock. This site has low traffic and it is basically about 20 shareholders here bantering back and forth, that have probably owned ZON a long time. Now there is some very positive new developments at Cross Hills that has sparked comments.

If you look at the busy forum sites like Stockhouse, Silicon Investor, Stock twits, Investorhub to name a few and there is nothing on Zonte or very little. And what you do find is mostly from the same 20 people that are here. This stock is under promoted and under owned - so far,

Over promoted and popular stocks see high volume, like Sokoman SIC as a recent example. BTW thanks Ron for some good suggestions on buy and sell levels. Zonte has low volume and has a low market cap, the most volume it sees is when selling comes in, like the last 2 days.

ZON will see it's day soon for higher volume on the buy side, Hayes coming on board pretty much cements that. When it does this stock will be in $1, not pennies.

out of the 485 k shares , almost 80 % . Could be shorting to cover their shorts
( hoping to find cheap zonte shares) or a panic seller who last much money
on his other holdings in the last two market massacre.

Of significance , what an incredible press release today . Cross Hills could be a
world Class Copper Target . John Hayes is a well respected addition to the
advisory board . Mr Hayes must respect Terry Christopher and probably realizes
the significant Zonte price potential .
Investors should buy whatever you can in the 30's because this under 20 million
market cap will very soon be gone . Enjoy the Ride !

I sold about 300,000 last year and that was over a 3 -4 month period .

But I’m still here with shares once again
