I have been watching New Found Gold and they have been putting out assays about every three weeks. They are only drilling shallow holes, but if it takes 3 weeks for an assay on a rushed basis, it is probably 6 to 12 weeks on a regular basis??

NFG is getting these assays done in Vancouver, so going clear across the country. Three drill rigs turning and rushed assays, they must be going through $$ like shit through a goose.

Perseus, agree it has been 2 months since last news. They resumed drilling at Cross Hills June 18th, if you figure 2 or 3 weeks per hole, then 4 fours should have been done around mid September and some of those sent for assay by then.

Not sure how many they are doing, but when I spoke with Terry a while back, they were also doing more ground work, IP or something. He indicated those results would be announce too.

I am not to concerned about a 1/2 cent drop, all juniors fluctuate and usually much more. Most in my portfolio have been soft for several weeks with some pops higher here and there.

Agree we are over due for news. Keep in mind that is is slow drilling doing deep holes in iron rock and labs are backed up, especially with the new rush into NFLD

Down she goes again. What the Hell ist Terry C. doing at Cross Hills ? They are drilling since May oder June ... no News until today ! no wonder everyone loses patience

More good drill news from Victoria Gold today, close to Zonte's border. Does not look like they drilled any closer than October's press release but some in fill holes in the middle, towards hole 033 reported in October, shown far right in pic

I expect a positive announcement. The last time there was a positive announcement the stock went up for several days and then on the day of the announcement it dropped. Going from memory so might be wrong. An announcement is due.
