Got this from Kingworld news

price likes to drive sentiment, Investors Intelligence said Bulls rose to 60.2 from 57.8 last week. That’s the first time it’s had a 60 handle since March 1st when it got to 63.1 (which was a 30 yr high). Bears fell .2 pts to 16.5, the lowest since March 1st. The spread between the two widened to a 4 month high at 43.7. Those expecting a Correction is also at a 4 month low. II said this in response to the extreme bullish sentiment read, “This is a new major warning calling for defensive measures to protect profits, renewing the same signal from earlier this year. In the historical comparison, the bulls ended January 1987 at 64.6 and then returned to 60.8 that August after further market highs.” This data is also corroborated by the CNN Fear and Greed Index which closed yesterday at 81 from 72 on Monday, 62 last week and vs 52 one month ago. This puts it in the ‘Extreme Greed’ part of the curve. Bottom line, from a purely contrarian standpoint, the times this year when bullishness has gotten stretched, markets have chopped around and consolidated which then has lead to a drop off in positive sentiment which then has set the stage for another push higher.

Fake news is perfected in economics, funny Facebook can't get it right and deletes fakes news from Zuckerburg
LMAO

Facebook accidentally removed the wrong kind of fake news stories.

Two recent posts from CEO Mark Zuckerberg addressing the controversy over fake news spreading on Facebook (FB, Tech30) were briefly deleted on Tuesday. The posts re-appeared after media outlets called attention to the matter.

Ron the rise in Libor rate probably effecting US rates. Looks to me the CBs losing control.
The chain-reaction from the Libor spike is global. The Bank for International Settlements warns that the rising cost of borrowing in dollar markets is transmitted almost instantly through the global credit system. "Changes in the short-term policy rate are promptly reflected in the cost of $5 trillion in US dollar bank loans" Goldman Sachs

"The Libor rate is one of the few instruments left that still moves freely and is priced by market forces. It is effectively telling us that that the Fed is already two hikes behind the curve," said Steen Jakobsen from Saxo Bank.

Repo rates up some again early Wednesday

The interest rate on repurchase agreements, in which banks and bond dealers use U.S. Treasuries and other securities as collateral to raise cash from investors, was last quoted at 0.66-0.70 percent, compared with 0.60 percent late on Tuesday, according to ICAP data. (Reporting by Richard Leong).

Earlier today, the Bank of Japan kept its negative interest rates unchanged following its regular monetary policy meeting Wednesday. However, the BOJ said it is now targeting its 10-year government bond, wanting to keep its yield at zero, and it said it will continue buying as many government bonds as necessary (quantitative easing).

Why would anyone put their money in a bankrupt country, when the only one that buys the Government bonds is the Government themselves by printing money. This is insanity and is going to end very bad. It will make 2008 look like a walk in the park
